I need to think up of better titles for these hike posts. Work and general life things have also kept me busy this month, so these photos are from back in September 8th.
I returned to the same hiking trail again from last month. I haven’t exactly gone to all the hikes around me, but so far I think this is my favorite. There’s a lot of tree cover, and the trail is short enough to not be stuck in, and just steep enough to be a good workout.
I took some of the same shots again, but this time I had my 50mm lens instead of the 20mm.

The trail is a convenient loop, so this time, my friend and I took the other way, and this path gave some slightly different views. I paired my lens with the usual Black Pro-Mist and CPL filters.

Overall, it was a very nice day out. I’m going on some different trails but I’ll come back here again soon probably.

After we got back to the trail entrance, my friend and I went to the nearby town and had a nice meal near their weekly farmer’s market.

After this hike, some of the Fuji X lens I was waiting on arrived, so the next post will have photos from my new camera. In retrospect, comparing the different photos really makes me appreciate the character of each camera.
