Drove out to Half Moon Bay in late January to specifically make a day trip to visit Pigeon Point for photos. I’m not much of a beach person myself, so I don’t know if I’d go back to Half Moon Bay, but overall, it was a nice trip. I think if I do make a repeat visit, especially to the lighthouse again, I’d have to make it out there really early to catch the morning sun. By the time I got there, it was afternoon and the sun really hits right in the eyes. I took most of the sea view shots of the light house practically blind because the reflection off the ocean was too bright.
